PICKLING AND PRESERVING
Learn the art of pickling and preserving seasonal vegetables and fruits and take home the jars of your labor to taste when they are ready.
Cheese gurus will guide students through a tasting tour of regional cheeses from the USA to France, Italy and Spain paired with wine selections from each of those countries.
