Swimming and water exercise are wonderful activities for people of all physical and mental abilities, helping adults build self-esteem and accomplish new physical goals. An interview and evaluation are required prior to class registration.
One-on-one Adapted Aquatic Exercise
One-on-one adapted aquatic exercise is available with our trained aquatic exercise professionals. Classes will be held in our warm-water Teaching/Exercise Pool. A doctor's release is required for exercise.
